TimeLayer is a live cryptographic notarial network. It issues hash-based receipts that record the fingerprint of an action or document, signed by a quorum of independent operators. The service does not store the content of any action; only cryptographic digests are processed.
Receipts do not constitute legally binding notarial acts unless explicitly recognised as such by the applicable jurisdiction.
