Current status
TimeLayer is a live network. No paid plans or subscriptions are available at this time. All access is free of charge.
Because no payments are processed, there is currently nothing to refund.
When paid plans launch
Once TimeLayer transitions to commercial operation, the following refund principles will apply:
- 14-day cooling-off period. If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with equivalent consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, without giving any reason, provided the service has not been fully performed with your prior consent.
- Unused subscription credits. If a paid subscription is cancelled before the end of the billing period, the unused portion may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, at our discretion.
- Technical failures. If the service fails to deliver a valid receipt due to a fault on our side, you are entitled to a full refund for the affected transaction.
- Non-refundable cases. Completed and verified receipts, successfully issued API quotas consumed, and any discounted or promotional purchases are generally non-refundable.
How to request a refund
To request a refund (once paid plans are live), contact us at timelayer.os@gmail.com with:
- Your order or transaction reference.
- The reason for the refund request.
- The email address used at purchase.
We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days.

This Policy will be updated when paid plans launch. The current version is always available at timelayer-os.com/refund/.
