TimeLayer operates the notarial network accessible at timelayer-os.com. Contact: timelayer.os@gmail.com.
We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the service:
We do not collect or store the content of any action or document you notarize — only the cryptographic fingerprint (hash) is processed. The original content never reaches our servers.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal data to any third party except as required by law.
The TimeLayer website uses a single session marker stored in sessionStorage (not a cookie) to avoid counting the same visit twice. No persistent cookies are set; no third-party tracking pixels or scripts are loaded.
If you are in the European Union or another jurisdiction with similar data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at timelayer.os@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls on our servers. No system is 100% secure; we encourage you not to send sensitive personal information via email.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. The current version is always at timelayer-os.com/privacy/. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
